This is a truly fantastic looking art glass decanter designed by Monica Backström and produced by Swedish glass house Kosta Boda and was found in Paris. This piece is crafted with a clear glass bulb-shaped carafe with a mercury glass stopper. Minimalist styling combine with handcrafted quality to create this perfectly modern bar piece. Likely best for use decanting red wines, this piece could also be a fun carafe to keep pre-mixed cocktails at the ready. Simply pour & enjoy!

Measures 10.5"H x 8"D. Signature at bottom "MB4588" from artist. There is some missing silver coating on the stopper which is also shown in the attached images, but the glass is not cracked, this is simply an area where the interior coating flaked away likely from use. Stopper bottom has cork inserted.
