Manufactured by Austram, these incredibly useful and versatile "S" hooks are made of steel.  The powder coat finish is called "Antique White" and is a distressed look in shades of grey, white and putty. 

I use them to hang gardening tools and have one at work shortening the chain length of the chandelier in the dining room.
